Scenic Lake Yojoa Volunteer Excursion, April 6-13, 2025
This week offers plenty of opportunities to be outside and enjoy the beauty of nature around Lake Yojoa! You’ll support a library installation by taking inventory, painting vibrant murals, and doing activities with the kids during their library’s inauguration. We’ll show you the best of Honduran cuisine, connect you with the community, and enjoy the beauty of the lush green mountains surrounding Honduras’ largest lake.
*NEW* Copan Family Cultural Adventure, May 24 - June 1, 2025
Join us to help set up a new school library from the ground up! Families and kids can paint, label, and organize books, and participate in the library’s grand opening. Children will engage with local Honduran students, play language games, and enjoy Honduran culture and food—all in a trip designed just for them.
We’ll pair this volunteer experience with unique moments that will create lasting memories for your kids: visiting the Mayan ruins, making authentic chocolate, visiting an exotic bird rescue, and splashing around in some natural hot springs!

*NEW* Tegucigalpa City Adventure, June 7-15, 2025
On this trip, you’ll get to explore this energetic city while becoming uniquely acquainted with Honduran culture. Here, you’ll have the best of all Honduran cuisines, explore beautiful towns like Valle de Angeles (Valley of the Angels), observe striking panoramas of a densely populated metropolis against a background of lush mountains, and explore the energy in a traditional city market. Your support in installing a library will bring you close with the educational communities we serve and highlight firsthand the value of this beautiful experience of cultural exchange.
